Short version: we collect what you give us on the waitlist, use it only to plan trips with you, and never sell it.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• Your name and email
• Your phone number
• Your group size, rough timing and the occasion

If you plan a trip with us, we'll also have what you tell us over text, like dates, budget and preferences. When you pay the planning fee, Stripe processes your payment. We don't see or store your full card number.

How we use it

Only to contact you about your trip and to plan it. No marketing lists, no ads.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We use a few services to run the site and the pilot, and they handle data only to provide their service to us:

• Formspree, which receives waitlist form submissions
• Netlify, which hosts this website
• Google Fonts, which serves the site's fonts and receives your IP address when the page loads
• Stripe, which processes the planning fee

When you book through one of our links, you share your details directly with that vendor under its own privacy policy.

Texting

By joining the waitlist, you agree to get texts from us about your trip. We don't send marketing texts. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or email us and we'll remove your number.

Your choices

Email hello@getgroupedup.com to see, correct or delete what we have about you, and we'll take care of it.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date above.
